Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Corwag Entertainment (“Corwag”, “we”, “us”) operates corwag.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site, we collect your name, email address, business name, your website or social handle, and what you tell us about where your growth is stuck. If you complete the longer diagnostic form, we also collect business context you choose to share with us: revenue range, monthly advertising spend, team structure, your goal for the next 90 days, what you have already tried, your timing, and the range you are prepared to invest.
We collect this because you are asking us to look at your business and contact you about it. We do not ask for payment card details on this site. Payments, when they apply, are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We also record how you arrived, which includes the referring website, any campaign parameters in the link, and the click identifiers that advertising platforms attach to their own links. This is collected through Google Tag Manager, which loads the tags listed below.
Cookies and similar technologies. The tags we load set cookies used for analytics and advertising measurement. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking them will not prevent you from using the site or submitting a form.
Third parties that receive data
Our tag container loads the following on every page:
- Google Analytics 4, to measure how people find and move through the site.
- Meta Pixel, to measure whether our advertising on Facebook and Instagram reaches the right people and works.
- Metricool, to measure traffic alongside our social media reporting.
We also use these services to run the business:
- Google Workspace, where form submissions are stored and where our team works with them.
- Stripe, for payment processing when you purchase a service.
- ManyChat, when you contact us through Instagram or Facebook messaging.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
How we use what we collect
We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, to send you the material you requested, and to follow up about working together. We use the automatic information to understand how people find the site and which pages are useful, and to measure whether our advertising works.
If you become a client, information about your project is handled under the terms of your agreement with us, not under this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep the information we collect for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to you, meeting our business and record keeping needs, and complying with our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@corwag.comfrom the address you contacted us with, or tell us which address to look up, and write “delete my data” in the subject line.
We will confirm the request, remove your records from our systems, and reply to tell you it is done. We aim to complete this within 30 days. We may keep the minimum needed to meet a legal or accounting obligation, and if that applies to you we will say so in our reply.
Your other choices
You can also ask us to show you what we hold about you or to correct it. Write to hello@corwag.com and we will respond. If you are a Florida resident, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights may give you additional rights over your personal data, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising. The same address works for those requests.
You can stop receiving email from us at any time by replying and telling us so.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not direct it to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We hold your information in access controlled business accounts and limit who on our team can reach it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
